I brought my 2020 Trax in for an oil change and tire rotation. The experience went very smoothly. I was not at all satisfied when inquiring about ending my lease early and the buy back options. With the last 2 lease cycles (2017, 2020), Byers gave me a new Trax for $0 down, $210 per month. The manager was not receptive to doing that again, regardless if it was for a 2023 or the new 2024 Trax model. 5/10

From start to finish my experience was amazing. Jett was phenomenal. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and went above and beyond. After having an absolutely horrendous experience at another Chevy dealership this dealership made leaps and bounds to make up for it! Will definitely be back.

As a first-time car buyer, I visited many Chevy dealers (Jeff Wyler, Ricart, Mark Wahlberg). But Byers impressed me the most by far. The first salesperson you meet makes a big difference, and Eddie from Byers was an amazing partner in ordering a new Chevy Bolt EUV. I didn't think buying a new car could be that generally stress-free. He kept me up to date on my build, even when i didn't reach out first. Finance was also great. I LOVE Byers in Grove City! I was able to schedule service online over the weekend for Monday for a check engine light. A key drop was available so I could leave my car when it was convenient for me. Glenn called me on Monday to let me know the services recommended by Dan and the arrangements were made. My car was ready on Tuesday morning! I've worked with Glenn and Dan on previous occasions and they are always prompt, courteous, thorough and professional. The cashier was great to work with as well. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Trax from the Grove City location and the whole process was simple and went quickly. I expressed my interest on their site and a rep contacted me in a timely manner and communication went smoothly. I was able to get a good portion of the process done before I even arrived at the location, which was great. I was greeted warmly when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and everyone I spoke with was friendly and made things feel relaxed. The entire process took less than 2 hours to finish and I left feeling satisfied with not just my car but the entire experience.

The team at Byers Chevrolet expertly worked with my son and I to make his first overall used car buying experience a positive one. From the test drive to the delivery and then especially for a few WE OWE follow-ups from their service department team, they really hit it out of the park. AS IS used car sales are uniquely challenging in that the products can be unpredictable and the seller can't make them new, so the customer really has to rely on the integrity of the people dealing with them to address any immediate concerns. Byers Chevrolet went above and beyond to keep their end of the deal and I truly appreciate it. Perhaps the next time we visit this dealership, it will be for the purchase of a future vehicle. It's worth the 2 hour drive for me to travel to Byers and purchase a vehicle. This is my 2nd vehicle I bought from them and Ben is awesome to work with. I appreciate his patience, kindness and he's so easy to talk to. I also like how Tim and Ben are interested in our dairy farm and what we do for a living. Most people don't give farmers the respect like they do. Also, the selection of vehicles you have is so much better than our area. We got exactly what we wanted and didn't have to order it, which was very nice.
