The only reason my rating is 5 stars right now is because of one person, Hunter. I had many things go wrong on the back end and Hunter has taken care of me every step of the way even after my sale. He is the one car salesman that has broken down the stigma of how people think about used car sales people. He genuinely cares for his clients and if you go see him he will not disappoint. Hunter and his manager are the only reason I will be returning to Byers in the future! Byers if you're reading this you better hang onto this guy. He is the most valuable asset on your team!

As always staff was friendly and professional. Building was clean and coffee was great. Using GM card for gas is saving me money. 9 dollar oil change.

About a week ago we met with Nate. I can not say enough positive things. We had been in the market for a Chevy traverse, did our research, and were looking to purchase before our second baby arrived. We actually had visited a previous dealership in Dublin and had a HORRIBLE experience. Nate not only took the time with us but kept us in the loop as the car we were interested in had been loaned out during another customers service repair. The process could not have been smoother. I absolutely HATE the car buying process and have never had a great experience but Nate changed that, it was a smooth buying experience and we are very happy with our purchase from Byers!

Had a great experience with Tanner Fiser. I bought a 2021 Corolla from him. He was very helpful with getting all the information I needed about this car. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything. I’d leave immediately if I felt things I didn’t need or want are pushed on me. Tanner is great, be sure to ask for him!

Brett was great. I was there to buy two vehicles, I was really debating on the second one. I told Brett that and never once did he pressure me. I usually hate going to dealerships because of how salesman are but Brett didn’t even act like one. He was casual about the whole thing, never once did did I feel pushed. I couldn’t recommend a better dealership or salesman than Brett. I buy a lot of trucks for my business so I’ve been to a few of them and can tell you, this is a rare dealership and salesman.

After our truck was stolen and totaled we needed to find a replacement. We ended our search at Byers Chevrolet. Brett was our sales person and he was very personable. He did not use any pressure to make the sale. He listened to our wants and needs and we finished our experience with the purchase of our new truck. Thank you Brett!
