Being able to do the test drive was a breeze compared to some, the van was ready and clean and no objections to what type rds or multiple turns I was taking Clayton's attitude was whatever I want. I also wanted to see how the seats were removed and the rear seats dropped into storage no objections there and any extra help I wanted I got. Went to a different dealership the vehicle wouldn't even start I walked away.

I was happy that the dealership employees were courteous, knowledgeable, detailed, friendly and were a pleasure to work with.

First time buying a car. Everyone involved in the car buying process was super nice and informational! Austin sold me my new (used) car and was very helpful through and through. He was open about the vehicle’s history, took the time going over all my questions and discussing options with no pressure, even though it was getting late. I found a van I was interested in online. I worked with Austin to test drive it, and learn about its history. It was a positive experience at this dealership. Austin and Josh were both very forthcoming, low pressure, and pleasant to work with. At no point did I feel pressured or as though I was wasting their time. I’ve never had a car buying experience like this until I came to a Byers dealership where they cared more about relationship building over selling a car. Jeff was my salesmen and Luke was my finance guy. They were both absolutely amazing. I went in there for a specific SUV. Jeff had it ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived and I was given the deal that I asked for. I felt absolutely zero pressure to buy the SUV. I truly felt like the ball was in my court. Very laid back and easy to deal with. I would absolutely return in the future if I could have them both again.

From start to finish everyone we spoke with or worked with was very friendly and helpful. They shared small pieces of their lives and helped with speedy financing. Nice young man, Jeremy, helped us looking at a motorhome they have on consignment, he helped as much as possible, they are a auto sales dealership, I pointed out something they should look at, it is something that could be a big problem when it comes to a rv buyer with knowledge. Over all I think Jeremy did a good job with his limited experience selling RVs. I would stop there again if shopping for a car or truck.

There was no one at the podium at check in, when 2 employees did appear they talked among themselves without making eye contact ot acknowledging until they left again, at which point one of them said to come inside too. The url for my inspection report didn't work I was asked over the phone if I wanted to see photos but was not sent them My husband is out of town and because we didn't expect $5000 of work to have to be done, I wanted to talk with him first. I was told that if I picked the car up, they would have to do the $370 inspection again when I bring it back in for the completion of the work. Eventhough it would take 3 days to get the parts, I should not pick the car up. It took real negotiating on my end to get confirmation that I could pick the car up, pay for any parts over the phone once I decide on the work, then bring it back in when the parts arrive. That shouldn't be difficult. Not a great experience so far. Hopefully next time will go better.

Went in looking for a car for my 16 year old and found one to look at online at Byers. Roger Y was who I worked with and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” something. The out the door price was lower than what the web said and they took care of the things I wanted to have done to it without any hesitation. Very smooth process and very easy to work with.

As an out of state purchase for myself, it couldn't have went any better. I showed up unannounced after canceling an appointment a couple of weeks prior, and the team there went out of their way to get me in and out as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend Byers to anyone based on my experience. I have been enjoying my ZL1 like a little kid on Christmas morning!

Great experience with Austin! We had a wonderful experience buying our 2020 Ford EcoSport here. Austin was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and sweet. There was a bit of a wait (about an hour) to sign the final paperwork, but Austin felt genuinely bad about it and kept us taken care of. He was definitely the highlight of the whole purchase! Highly recommend asking for him.

Cartavian Davis was AMAZING! A friend sent me to him that used to work with him dealing cars he really took the time to go through inventory to find the best value car in my payment range. Not only did he get me my payment I wanted but low interest rate and I ended up getting a brand new 2026 trax for the same payment as the used one I was looking at! Unfortunately, my experience with the Byers service department was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Visit #1: I initially brought my Corvette in for a warranty issue and was told the appointment would take about an hour. After waiting over four hours, I finally asked for my car back, only to find it sitting untouched for an unknown amount of time. No communication and no explanation were provided. Visit #2 (one week later): I returned to have the warranty issue repaired and to have new wheels mounted. I was quoted 4 hours for the warranty repair and about 2 hours for the wheels. I dropped the car off the night before to ensure plenty of time and planned to pick it up the following evening. The next day, Wade called to say the warranty repair was taking longer than expected. I had already planned for this and confirmed that picking it up the next evening was not an issue. I was also informed that Byers cannot mount Corvette wheels and sublets the work to Discount Tire in Grove City. That was fine—I just wanted the cost. After multiple requests for pricing without a clear answer, I contacted Discount Tire directly. They quoted $40 per wheel plus tax and 1.5–2 hours. The following morning, Wade confirmed the wheels would cost $160 plus tax, which aligned with Discount Tire’s quote, so I approved the work. Later that afternoon (around 3 p.m.), Wade called again stating that Discount Tire had only completed two of the four wheels and might not finish in time. At this point, the delays and inconsistent information were becoming unacceptable. After further discussion, Wade called back about 20 minutes later stating the wheels were on the way back—but now the cost had suddenly increased to $245 plus tax. He blamed Discount Tire for the increase. I made it clear that I had approved $160, and nothing more. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Wade had already left for the day, as had the service manager (despite service being open until 6 p.m.). I was directed to the counter and presented with a total of $283 for the wheels. The sales manager told me my car would be held until paid and claimed Discount Tire “stiffed” them. I asked to see the Discount Tire invoice and was told they “didn’t have it.” I paid under protest to retrieve my vehicle. On the drive home, I contacted Discount Tire directly. Their manager was clearly frustrated by the situation and explained the following: The per‑tire cost increased from $40 to $47 due to tire size The total with tax was $203, not $245 Byers did not bring the wheels in until around noon Byers was told they would be ready around 2:30–3:00 p.m. At 2:30, Discount Tire was balancing the wheels and nearly finished—not “only halfway done” The Discount Tire manager provided me with a copy of the invoice showing $203 total. Byers’ paperwork, however, listed the wheels as sublet for $245. This reflects a complete lack of communication, inaccurate information, and dishonest billing practices. Had I simply been told the truth—that the price increased slightly and that Byers intended to add a markup—this could have been resolved reasonably. I am not unreasonable when people are honest. Problems happen. This was not handled honestly. I almost even wonder if Byers isn't claiming that these warranty repairs are taking longer than they actually are so that their billings to GM are higher. (this is just an assumption, but I will express this concern to GM) To make matters worse, when I inspected my vehicle, my brand‑new Sky Cool Grey seats were visibly dirty, as no protective covers were used during service. I will be attaching invoices from both Byers and Discount Tire, along with photos. I encourage others to review them carefully and decide for themselves whether this is the type of dealership they want servicing their vehicle.

Got a new to her Ford fusion for my future daughter in law. Worked with Cartavian. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Overall was a great experience for her buying her first financed vehicle.

This was the best experience I’ve had at Byers. I’ve bought multiple vehicles there over the years and have had them serviced there as well. I came in for routine service with no intention of buying. Took a stroll through the lot and spotted one I’d been looking for. Mr. Cartavian Davis’s professional, customer-first approach sealed it. He was literally running all over getting my questions answered. Long story short, I left my truck there and drove home in a new one. If anyone at Byers knows how to take care of a customer, it’s him. Ask for Mr. Davis if you’re looking to buy. He appreciates your time and I appreciate him for that.
