You always come out to meet me and ask what is needed. You are thorough in telling me what's going on with the car. The only confusion was when the transmission was marked needing immediate attention and it was marked incorrectly. I had to call back to clear it up.

Came in on a Sunday not planning to leave with a truck. Well that was not the case. Dan Tilley greeted me and started showing me options. Fell in love with the RST on the showroom floor. He was able to get my payments where they needed to be and the dealership gave me more than fair value on my trade.

Came in for an oil change/tire rotation. Also had a light on regarding my break sensor that I asked to have looked at to make sure it was safe. I was told they would make sure the breaks were safe but when I picked it up the sensor was still on rehearsing my break monitor system.

I brought my 2020 Trax in for an oil change and tire rotation. The experience went very smoothly. I was not at all satisfied when inquiring about ending my lease early and the buy back options. With the last 2 lease cycles (2017, 2020), Byers gave me a new Trax for $0 down, $210 per month. The manager was not receptive to doing that again, regardless if it was for a 2023 or the new 2024 Trax model. 5/10

From start to finish my experience was amazing. Jett was phenomenal. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and went above and beyond. After having an absolutely horrendous experience at another Chevy dealership this dealership made leaps and bounds to make up for it! Will definitely be back.

I LOVE Byers in Grove City! I was able to schedule service online over the weekend for Monday for a check engine light. A key drop was available so I could leave my car when it was convenient for me. Glenn called me on Monday to let me know the services recommended by Dan and the arrangements were made. My car was ready on Tuesday morning!
